Labor Day Snapshots
Marching for the first time in the LaCrosse, Wis. Labor
Day parade, UE Local 1121 members were joined by District 11 Pres. Carl Rosen and the
members of Local 1161 from nearby Sparta and Local 1107 from Necedah. Local 1121
represents Aramark workers in LaCrosse. UE members passed out organizing cards and
literature warning against attacks on Social Security. The Wisconsin UE members marched

Local 1421 members and their families took part in the
Los Angeles-Long Beach Harbor Labor Coalition Labor Day march and rally, endorsed again
this year by UE District 10 and Local 1421. Among those pictured here are Local 1421 Pres.
