Leadership training sessions were held last month in Wisconsin where leaders and stewards discussed everything from grievance handling to upcoming bargaining. Sessions took place in Milwaukee and Necedah. Above, Genl. Pres. John Hovis gets a smile from Local 1111 stewards while discussing shop-floor problems. Local 1111 represents workers at Allen-Bradley in Milwaukee.

Ramirez, Mack, Czaplewski, Gutierrez Local 1125 has a round-table discussion; these workers from ABQC in Milwaukee are Lee Ramirez, Linda Mack, Christina Czaplewski and George Gutierrez. Behind them are workers from St. Mary’s Nursing Home (Local 1193), Steeltech (Local 1127), Badger Die (Local 1112) and Polco (Local 1196).
