Turn It Around!

[*ATXT*]

Issues affecting every UE Steward (investigating, interviewing, checking records and organizing) come alive in this excellent and easy-to-use training video.

Called Turn It Around, workers in a warehouse take on the issue of unfair treatment by a boss who's bucking for a promotion. You'll see-and talk about-how they investigate the issue, deal with conflicting contract clauses, and decide on a course of action. It's a very effective look at how issues can be handled on the job.

Produced by the IBT (the Teamsters), we modified this self-running workshop for use in UE locals. Complete with discussion guide. Also available with Spanish subtitles.
