Azteca Strikers Stand
Strong; Boycott Activity;
Calls Urged

November 4th: More than 2,600 email messages from around the world flooded Azteca Foods headquarters last week urging the company to negotiate and pledging support for a boycott of Azteca products. Meanwhile, Azteca workers and supporters, joined by community, labor and religious leaders and members, rallied on Thursday outside LaSalle Bank, where Azteca owner Art Velasquez is a member of the board.
