Contract at Azteca
CHICAGO
Azteca workers, members of newly organized UE Local 1159, are fighting for a fair first contract. The company came to
the bargaining table with an extensive list of concessions. Workers demand voluntary overtime, a fair grievance procedure, limits on the
use of temporary workers and a union shop. On July 11, some 40 Azteca workers and community supporters picketed to protest the companys
