Information

The convention will be held at:

Room Rates:

• Single/Double: $99/night plus 12% tax ($110.88 total)

Reservations:

• Call or fax numbers listed above as soon as possible.

• The EXTENDED Cut-off date for reservations was Monday, August 19, 2002. If you have difficulty making reservations, please contact the UE National Office.

• When calling, identify yourself as a UE member making reservations for the Convention to receive the UE Convention rate.

• Have all of your information handy pertaining to check-in, check-out, smoking or non-smoking and type of room (single, double).

• Unless guaranteed, reservations will be held only until 6:00 p.m. Reservations may be guaranteed for arrival after 6:00 p.m. to any major credit card (American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club or you may forward one night's deposit).

• You will be charged for the first night if reservations are not canceled by 6:00 p.m. on day of your scheduled arrival.

• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Consequently, morning or early afternoon arrivals may be subject to slight delays before room assignment. The bell staff will be happy to store baggage.
• Check-out time is 12 Noon.
